My absolute favorite place to get coffee in town. They have the best lattes. I also love their smoothies...get the dump truck with a shot of espresso..*so* good!! The place is always clean and the vibe is chill. All the employees have always been nothing but nice, knowledgable and professional.

Excellent coffee and service. The best way to start your morning in St Augustine. The drinks are perfectly prepared, but in case you prefer your drink a little less than perfect, there is a sign on the counter that invites all customers to let the barista know if you if you are less than satisfied. They will accommodate your unique palate. This is a coffee drinkers coffee shop. The espresso drinks are served with three shots and the iced coffee is cold brewed

This place has a great cold brew! I went there on a Friday afternoon during a rain storm. I made it inside and was immediately welcomed. I ordered the cold brew. There was no bitterness, just a delicious refreshingly distinct coffee. I gathered my umbrella and walked out to the car and accidentally dropped my brew when I was opening the door. The coffee was too good to let go, I had to go buy another one. So, I told the server I needed to purchase another one, but he insisted it would be on the house. I would have gladly paid for another one, but it's nice when people are so friendly. They also have Creme de la Cocoa desserts, which are the best. It's a nice pairing for me because my wife's not a coffee drinker, but loves good desserts. I would definitely recommend giving them a try.

Place is very spacious! Lady at the counter was very polite and informative! She recommended the cold brewing because it has more caffeine (which I needed) and it was very delicious. They offer soy and almond milk and freshly made dessert items. If you are in St. Augustine, come check this place out before your trip is over.

This was a great find! Huge place with plenty of tables and couches. I had the cold brew coffee and an espresso dessert, both were awesome. They also have a few lunch options(sandwiches/salads) as well as some healthy snacks. Highly recommend!

A little bit out of town, but close enough and worth it for the latest in coffee - pour over, cold brew...great cookies, bagels and the building and decor is great...Highly friendly baristas and overall just a cool place...

Stopped into Dos on my way out of St. Augustine to get me caffenated for the drive to Savannah. The girl behind the counter was super enthusiastic about the Bali blend so I had a pourover of that. Tasty, big, and pretty cheap at $3 out the door. Best coffee I've had so far in Florida!

I rented this coffee shop out for my wedding rehearsal dinner and it couldn't have been more perfect! The staff were so friendly and had the tables moved before I even got there with my friends and family! I didn't have any coffee but everyone said it was the best coffee they had ever had! If you are looking to host a party for around 30 people, I would recommend this place for sure!

Dos Coffee and Wine is a WONDERFUL place to relax and enjoy a cup of coffee. The espresso is very rich and smooth. It was love at first sip. The staff is friendly and considerate. She also stated she is learning ASL for the deaf community guests. That is amazing. I will be back soon! I'm curious to see how they roast their own espresso beans.

This is an all around amazing coffee shop. They have a really big parking lot and sitting area, making it super convenient and comfortable to eat there. The staff was extremely friendly, helpful, and attentive. All the food was of extremely high quality and I could tell it was all very fresh. Everything is presented in a cute way with mini pitchers and silverware. I recommend the coconut muffin, it is heavenly.

Cool place with awesome Coffee and friendly staff. I stopped in on my way out of St. Augustine to grab a coffee "pick me up" and was pleasantly surprised with this place. They roast their own beans in house which is pretty awesome. The lounge area is very roomy and comfortable also. This place is also a wine bar that serves various wines as well as cheese plates. I only had coffee though, which happened to be pretty damn good! I got a Bali blend "pour over". It was made to perfection by the very helpful and knowledgeable woman working the counter. I also tried a mocha iced coffee and that was great too. The only thing I found weird about this place is its location. It seems to be in a pretty desolate area. I think this place would get so much more business if they were further up San Marco Ave. I would definitely stop in again though.

My husband the picky coffee roaster that he is dragged me to yet another espresso/coffee place. Since i am already spoiled by his coffee I was concerned I wouldn't like it, so I didn't order one initially, but tasted his instead. With one taste (nothing added) my fears were allayed. This was really good espresso. In addition, the place is pleasant, well lit and spacious. Great place to relax with a great cup of espresso--or wine. Well worth the short drive.

I don't usually go north of SR16 on San Marco, but when I do, I get my DOS. So glad my husband had learned of this place. Very laid back, chill atmosphere. There were a handful of people - three in total - hanging out in their various 'corners' of the large open space. I perused the menu & decided on a Colombia pour over. They grind the beans fresh for each order, so while some may have commented the service seems slow, it was worth the extra time to me: the coffee was excellent! They have a scattering of tables: four tops & two tops, high tops & low tops. You can grab a stool at the counter or snuggle into one of the two big leather couches. They have a couple of games laying about. And if you want to play Jenga (like we did) without disturbing the rest of the patrons, they do have a small corner room that offers a little more privacy. May have to keep this one in my bookmarks for a while so I remember to stop by every time I'm in St. Augustine.

This is a really pleasant coffee shop to stop at if you're in St. Augustine for the day and you need a break from the crowds downtown in the historic district. It's easy to drive to, and only about a 5-10 min drive north from downtown. If you're wondering what a "pour over" is, it's when they make your coffee individually one cup at a time, your choice of one of four types, all roasted in-house. The brewing method is basically a ceramic Melita filter, if you're familiar with that - the beans are ground for each cup, put in a paper cone filter and hot water is poured on top with a flourish, and viola! Your own individual drip coffee is prepared. It's pretty nice too, although not the best I ever had. My husband had the Colombian I had the cold brew iced coffee with coconut milk ( I'd asked for soy, but they didn't have it). The decor is very city-chic, with poured concrete floors, dark wood paneling and industrial metal stools and tables, and your typical "coffee shop" music playing over the speakers. There are also some great big cushy leather couches to sit on, and free wifi. All in all, a very relaxing place to chill out, I'd come here again for sure. The pastry case seemed a little barren, but it was 4:30 when we showed up, so maybe they sold out in the morning.

The atmosphere is great and the coffee excellent. It's a really nice place to study for a while, have a coffee, and a sandwich. They have wine tasting and cheese boards too. It's good to see a place like this in st. Augustine.

  • Jamie C.

Really inviting, great contemporary decor, serves the two things in this world I love best (coffee and wine - okay, maybe those come second to sex and chocolate, but just). Get a cheese plate. Get apricots and the honey-drizzled almonds. I love to come down here to get writing done - looking forward to checking out some live music sometime soon! Also: the brownies will blow your face apart.

What a great place: bright, spacious, funky design and friendly folks. They micro-roast their own coffee, have a good number of craft beer taps, and a very decent wine list (including an excellent Oregon pinot noir). There is a great cafe menu and weekend happy hour. I really recommend this place ... a must try!

Best pour over in the region, easily south of jacksonville and north of orlando. The bar is great to get a bit of work done, adding a cosmopolitan element to the usually sleepy, historic, and beach aesthetics of St.Augustine. My favorite edible is the supple leopard sandwich with preserves, brie cheese, turkey, and pear slices. Also featuring local favorite Hugo's muffins. This is a gem of a coffee shop/ micro roaster. Let's hope the locals really catch on to this wonderful addition to the north end of town. The Staff is friendly and the seating is very comfortable. Best kept secrets are live music sets on friday and saturday nights during happy hour* cheers! "Get your DOS"_Julie

Checked out Dos while I was visiting family in St. Augustine. Was looking for a place with good pour overs and good espresso. The reviews on here stated that they did...and I was not disappointed. They were pulling a great Burundi espresso and the Ethiopian pour over I had was really well done. Most of all though, I love the space. The vibe and layout of Dos was my favorite. I love the slate floors and wood walls and ceilings. I also love that they roast their own coffee right in shop. Most people do that just to save money, not because the product is better...not at Dos. Their roaster is called Convive and their coffee isn't over roasted like most coffee out there. Really excited to finally find good coffee at the beach.

Discovered this place when we went to the Mumford and Sons music festival. Cool vibe and live music! Place was a perfect fit for us town and country. I had the PBR and my wife had a really good wine. Made us nostalgic for California. Went back for breakfast - The pour over coffee is so smooth you don't even need cream!
